The grasslands of the southern and central plains of South America have been blessed by Nature: excellent soils are combined with optimal rain and humidity regimes and favorable climates.
Although agriculture has been persistent economic activity in this region, in the last quarter of a century new sowing practices such as no tillage seeding, genetic innovation and agri-inputs improvements have helped local farmers to increase their efficiency. Due to a deep knowledge of the region and its production conditions, our company has succeeded in selecting the best lands, working with the most efficient producers and using state of the art techniques. As a result of this, there is an enormous food and energy potential with which to supply the world’s growing demand. We already are working hard to cope with this.
