Chairman Gustavo Grobocopatel is Chairman of Grupo Los Grobo and Member of the Board of Bioceres S.A. – a Biotechnology Company based in Argentina-, Endeavor Argentina and Escuelas del Bicentenario, a nonprofit organization that promotes access to education. Also, he integrates the Committee of Management of the Asociación Empresaria Argentina (AEA), the Economic and Social Council of the Di Tella University and the Experts Advisory Commission of the Argentine Ministry of Science, Technology and Productive Innovation. He belongs to several international organizations such as Fundación DON CABRAL of Brazil and the EGADE – TEC of Monterrey, in both cases as a member of the International Advisory Council. He received important distinctions both in Argentina and overseas such as the Domingo F. Sarmiento Award, issued by the Honorable Senate of Argentina, for his continued contribution to the community and its institutions, the Prize of the Círculo de Creativos de la República Argentina Platinum Award of the Konex Foundation, as agribusiness entrepreneur of the decade. Internationally speaking, he received the América Economía Award as best Businessman of the region (Latin America). |
