With more than 25 years of experience in the farming industry, Gustavo Grobocopatel has been awarded an Honorable Mention at the Argentine Senate and was granted the Konex Platinum Award as the agribusiness entrepreneur of the Decade. Moreover, Ernst and Young recently granted him the Entrepreneur of the Year (EOY) award.  Graduated as an Agronomic Engineer Universidad de Buenos Aires, his entrepreneurial spirit, passion and vision, together with his curiosity to learn and understand, were key factors behind Grupo Los Grobo’s success.

Horacio Busanello

CEO

He has a wide professional experience in global corporations, after occupying regional and international positions at top agribusiness industries in Argentina, Brazil and the United Kingdom. Horacio Busanello followed graduate and postgraduate studies in prestigious universities around the world such as Universidad de Buenos Aires (Argentina), INSEAD (France), Harvard and Columbia. He has joined Grupo Los Grobo with the aim of enhancing the company’s food and energy production potential.

Antonio Neto

CFO

He had worked for 13 years in corporate finance before joining Vinci Partners in 2008. He was named CFO for Grupo Los Grobo's  project in central Brazil and then became CFO of the whole company. He graduated as an economist at PUC-RJ and received a MBA in Corporate Finance at IBMEC-RJ.

Marcos Guigou

Director and General Manager of adp Agronegocios del Plata

As an Agronomic Engineer, he has excelled in a new way of performing agriculture in Uruguay, with optimal results particularly in the last decade.

Paulo Fachin

Founding Member of Ceagro, current CEO Brazilian Division

He earned a Degree in Business Management. He is widely experienced in the agricultural production area, with a strong commercial and strategic orientation.
